Use of Site and Copyright
Use of this site and all its associate sites and programs are bound to each respective Terms and conditions. All users, visitors and clients are permitted to electronically send copies, print copies, download pages (partial or in full) of this site for the sole purpose of availing services with CMDA Cleaning Services. All are allowed to print or download portions or pages of the site for non commercial use or as reference for future request of services. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by CMDA Cleaning Services. All users must further agree not to change or delete any proprietary details from materials downloaded from the site.
Booking Conditions
CMDA Cleaning Services is the leading cleaning service provider in the Philippines and operates as cleaning contractors. CMDA Cleaning Services operates on a “First Come – First Served” basis. We provide service priority to the first client who made the inquiry for the requested date, provided that the client has given all their information needed to complete the service, and has made an advance deposit payment.
The scope and terms of service of the CMDA Cleaning Services begins from the moment our custodians arrive at the agreed location where the service is to be provided, and ends at the moment the completion report is signed, of which, the client agrees that the service has been completed and satisfactory, and the contract of service has been fulfilled. CMDA Cleaning Services accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with the losses, accidental expenses, and any incidences prior and after the scope of service. CMDA Cleaning Services shall not be liable in any way for property damage, loss or injury outside the scheduled scope of service, especially in cases where the client has availed of services from multiple contractors other than CMDA Cleaning Services. CMDA Cleaning Services accepts no responsibility or liability for the delay, or any expenses that may be incurred due to any act, omission or negligence of the client, or in cases such as “Force Majeure” which could be, but not limited to, flooding, Storm, transport strikes, fire, earthquake and medical emergencies.
CMDA Cleaning Services reserves the right to change the agreed price when services are availed outside the initial contract or agreement, or in cases of under declared information provided by the client.
CMDA Cleaning Services reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or refuse to provide service anytime, whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant, or if it deems it is necessary for the safety of the client and CMDA Cleaning Services staff and custodians.
When availing for a service with CMDA Cleaning Services, the client acknowledges and accepts the forgoing terms and conditions.
