2. Time to look at the interiors

condo-cleaning Before you have the new furniture moved in, wear your rubber gloves and face mask and get ready to get dirty as we make the cleaning step by step:

Collect all construction debris, large and small. This will be the bulk of the dirt. Sweep or vacuum the entire floor to get rid of uncollected nails, wood splinters and cement powders. Open all the cabinets and drawers so you could see the bigger picture. If you move in with your furniture, these dusts and debris will stick to your new stuff and would make the cleaning process longer.
De-dust or wipe/mop the ceilings and walls first. Start wiping counter tops, cabinets and closets. This will scatter a little dust on the floor, but we will get back to that later.
Wipe the windows and window sill.
Sweep or vacuum the floor for the last time and then mop the floors with diluted liquid disinfectant.
Lastly, clean the toilet. Make sure the grout (white cement in between tile) are dry before scrubbing any part of your toilet.

Here’s a checklist to help ensure that every part of your newly constructed/renovated home or office is clean up to the last inch:

Mirrors wiped and cleaned

Windows, window sill and tracks (if any) cleaned

Trash removed
Floor is mopped and dried

BEDROOMS

Walls, baseboards and surfaces wiped
